  • Zodiac sign
  • Relationship status
  • Gender preference

  • Pages viewed, referring/exit URLs, time spent

3. Cookies and Online Tracking Technologies

  • Microsoft Advertising / Universal Event Tracking (UET): we instrument the Site with the Microsoft UET tag so Microsoft can identify visits to our Site, build remarketing audiences for our paid Microsoft Search campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Individual end-user tracking and data sharing with Microsoft for advertising and marketing purposes takes place on our web properties.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API: we use Meta tracking technologies to measure conversions, build custom audiences, and deliver personalized ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Microsoft Clarity: we use Microsoft Clarity to capture aggregated session metrics (clicks, scrolls, interactions) to help us understand how the Site is used and to improve it.

Tracking technologies are set to denied by default and are only enabled after you grant consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your cookies or contacting us.

4. Behavioral / Interest-Based Advertising and Opt-Out

We participate in Online Behavioral Advertising (OBA), including remarketing through Microsoft Advertising and Meta. Personal data collected via tracking technologies is shared with these third parties for advertising and marketing purposes. We do not use sensitive categories (including political affiliation, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, sexually transmitted diseases, mental-health conditions such as anxiety or depression, terminal illness, or other diseases) to build remarketing lists, and we do not target advertising to individuals under the age of 18.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site (database hosting on Neon, application hosting on Vercel, email delivery, payment processing)
  • Advertising and analytics partners (Microsoft Advertising, Meta, Microsoft Clarity) for measurement, remarketing, and personalized advertising, in line with your consent
  • Authorities or third parties when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections

6. International Transfers and Storage

Your information is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Neon and Vercel) located primarily in the United States. By using the Site you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection rules.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including TLS/HTTPS, access controls, and encryption at rest where applicable) to protect your information. Sensitive data such as payment details is collected over secure (SSL/HTTPS) connections by our payment processor. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from California residents under 18, and we do not show advertisements that prompt for personally identifiable information to minors. Delaware (DOPPA): Delaware residents are entitled to the protections set out in the Delaware Online Privacy and Protection Act, including those related to minors.

Binding Arbitration / Class Action Waiver: if your principal place of business is in the United States, you acknowledge that disputes related to participation in Microsoft Advertising are governed by the Microsoft Advertising Class Action Waiver and Binding Arbitration Agreement, in addition to our ownTerms of Service.

12. Compliance with Trade Laws

We comply with all applicable U.S. and other countries' export, import, and sanctions laws and regulations, including, where applicable, the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and sanctions regulations administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
